Nigerian Pastors, Their Prophesies On Election, The Ones That Came True And….

gtt

Below is a list of prophetic statements by men of God who claimed that God spoke to them concerning the presidential elections in Nigeria.

The list is in no particular order

Pastor Enoch Adeboye

As the General Overseer of the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye is perhaps, the most influential clergyman in Nigeria. I can confirm that he is a true and wise man of God. His 2015 New Year Day statement on the election was very guarded.

*****

“Unfortunately, because it is election year, I can’t tell you all that God told me about Nigeria. But I will tell you this: by the end of the year, many will say ‘all is well that ends well.’”

Apostle Johnson Suleman

He is the founder of Auchi, Delta State-based Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide. Apostle John Suleiman is one of the most respected Prophets in Nigeria and he had so much to say about the election in his yearly prophecies released at the beginning of the year.

****

*I see president Goodluck Jonathan coming back but troubles.

*El Rufai should go and sit down. For abusing Jesus, he will not win Kaduna election.

*Aminu Tambuwal, I saw him leading Sokoto State.

*2015 presidential election will be rigged, marred in violence and end up in court case.

*Thank you Jesus! Finally a Christian is now the governor of Lagos state.

*Rochas Okorocha; I saw him moving to PDP.

*Contrary to most prophecies, Nigeria will not break up.

*I saw governor Amosun return.

*APC Rivers State needs to do grass root campaign because I saw the election been rigged for PDP. Prayers are needed because of so much bloodshed.

*I saw a man win Governorship but not allowed to govern.

*I saw attention in Delta state moved to Agbor.

*I saw people who resigned as ministers to contest election return back as Federal ministers.

*Let’s pray against military intervention and interim government.

*President election inconclusive, yet Jonathan declared winner. APC Pray!

*I don’t see Buhari with credentials to vie for president.

*With the level of bloodshed I saw, it was better Goodluck goes now to his village quietly.

*2015 election is another June 12. The man who truly won will not govern or rule.

*Prophet T.B Joshua

His Ikotun-Egbe Lagos is Mecca for Christian pilgrims from across West Africa and beyond. Prophet T.B Joshua is perhaps the most popular Prophet in Nigeria and he revealed his mind in a recent interview.

*****

“Elections will not happen in some states because of the frequent attacks. This could affect between three to four states. The states would be a no-go area due to violence and elections would not take place in those states unless we move closer to God. We must intensify our prayers. This is what God has showed me and you can imagine what would happen if elections don’t hold in those states. It would have great implication for our democracy.”

See more after the cut:

*Prophet Joshua Iginla

The General Overseer of Champions Royal Assembly, Prophet Joshua Iginla, is one of the most popular men of God in Abuja. He describes the election as a ‘battle between the lion and the tiger.”

*******

“No matter how powerful or well-organized 2015 election is, it will be faulted. I am not a politician nor belong to any political party, I am just speaking God’s mind. The person sitting on the seat might not be perfect, but he will retain the seat. It’s not guess-work. Howbeit, it will be a battle between the lion and the tiger…Shortly after the election, especially on the night of the election, there will be great vandalisation. I see cars being burnt, lives killed.”

*Primate Peter Ayodele

Primate Ayodele is known for his widely-controversial prophecies. The popular founder of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church went as far as recommending a 14 days prayer for President Goodluck Jonathan to have a ‘peaceful elections.’

******

“This year’s election will throw up a lot of issues. President Goodluck Jonathan will do everything to win a second term, however, he needs 14 days prayer to have a peaceful reign to enable him complete a second term. Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega will be confused during the polls. There will be several gimmicks to cajole the INEC to rig the election. E-voting will not work. There will be ballot box snatching and stuffing during the election.”

*Bishop David Oyedepo

Speaking in a sermon, Bishop David Oyedepo was alleged to have said that the gate of hell will be opened on those who vote the incumbent president (President Jonathan) out in the forthcoming 2015 presidential elections.

*******

“We will open the gate of hell on those who oppose you (President Jonathan). There shall be a rise of many giants – giants in all sectors of human endeavor; Men like nations will rise in the year 2015; Men that will command attention of many nations shall arise in 2015 and God has brought us into the realm of heaven on earth, where men will live like angels.” ”

*Dr D.K Olukoya

Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, General Overseer Dr D.K Olukoya, it’s going to be a mysterious year.

*********

“I will speak in parables. This year is going to be a mysterious, cautious and dribbling year, so, you will have to find the solutions instead of diagnosing the problems carried by the year.”

*Pastor Tunde Bakare

So far, only Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly seems to have given hope about the election year.

******

“Whether you are from the East or from the West or from the North or the South, you will experience joy in 2015. Other nations will say ‘how did they do it.’ It will be indescribable joy. The nations of the earth will testify. I bring good tidings of joy to every part of the nation…”

* Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka

A Catholic priest and founder of the Adoration Ministry in Enugu, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka during his New Year prophecy declared that President Jonathan will lose the election. He claimed that the

******

“President has become a bad luck., The multitude of our youths, the quality young men, quality young women, brilliants youths but nobody has plans for any of you. Our so-called leaders should come and apologize. In 2015, it shall not continue like that. By the grace of God, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are announcing spiritually, change! 2015 should not be a year of any hooligan maneuvering to hijack power. This is our New Year message.  Listen, when you go home, tell anybody you see that from the oracle of the Holy Spirit, we are announcing change
The Goodluck met Yar’Adua and Yar’Adua died. Before you know it, the Goodluck met our oil and the oil had a bad luck and poured away, before we knew it, the Goodluck met our naira, our naira had a bad luck. Where are we going? What is the fate of this country? Shall we continue like this, we need change

* Primate Theophilus Olabayo

Primate Theophilus Olabayo, is the pastor and founder of the Evangelical Church of Yahweh, Lagos and he prophesied saying

*****.

“God told me that they are going to rig the election and this will cause an upheaval and the results of the election will not be declared and if the result is declared, the winners of the election will not govern. But my advice to our politicians is that they should let the President Jonathan go peacefully and retired to his village.”

* Prophet Anthony Nwoko

As if the mockery of priesthood wasnt yet enough, Prophet Anthony Nwoko, A popular Enugu based prophet who had also in 1998 prophesied that late Gen. Sani Abacha, would leave government of Nigeria in a mysterious way, briefed journalists in Enugu on the state of the nation, stating that neither Jonathan nor Buhari will win.

*****

“Neither Jonathan nor Buhari will be president after the election. I told Nigerians that they should not expect much or any miracle from Jonathan. Now, in this coming election, Jonathan will only serve as John the Baptist and Buhari has not got any heavenly crown to rule and he will not rule this country because he hasn’t got that crown.

“Don’t take my prophesies for granted because  I had also told Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar(rtd) not to make Olusegun Obasanjo president and I had also warned Obasanjo not to make late Umaru Yar’Adua president and my advice was not heeded and you saw what happened,  I can see the glory of Nigeria in the Southeast, An igbo president and I don’t agree with Wole Soyinka that Jonathan is Nebucadnezar, Jonathan is a forerunner to the glory of God.”

*Prophet Williams Onuoha,

The General Overseer of Galilee Christian Centre, Lagos predicted thus:

*******

“the current governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, would become Nigeria’s president.” He will rule unless the governor failed to adhere to God’s direction.

*Bishop Tom Samson

The founder of the Christ Royal Family Church, Lagos Bishop Tom Samson warned

******

Nigerians must brace up for some “hardship and darkness in this year election.”

*Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo

Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, senior Pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre, KICC, said,

*******

When the president’s name is announced as winner of the election, 20 percent of a certain part of the country will not agree. Eventually, after negotiation they will. We will agree that we are one.”

*Prophet Michael Olubode

Not done, Prophet Michael Olubode, aka Micadeolu of the Celestial Church of Christ, Lagos said,

******

I want to let the people of Nigeria know that the Lord will return His Excellency, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to his presidential seat. Despite much hatred for him, it pleases the Lord God of Celestial to increase his tenure at the Presidential Villa”.

*Venerable Ndubuisi Obi

Venerable Ndubuisi Obi an Anglican priest based at Onitsha in Anambra state said:

******

Jonathan had never lost any election in his life. Buhari had never won any election in his life. Jonathan’s rise to the Presidency was not his making. It was simply an act of God. Buhari forced himself into power via the military coup. He has failed in four previous attempts. The last time he failed, he wept. This time will not be different. He is accustomed to failing and failure is his second name. Come Saturday, bring out your PVC and make him cry again. We are moving forward in this country. We can’t afford to put our vehicle on the reverse gear.

Dear readers, I am not here to judge but to provide a yard stick with which we can measure the veracity and authenticity of certain prophetic uttrances from the men standing behind the pulpit.

Who amongst these holy men do you think is a true man of God who hears from the almighty

Pastor Bakare of Latter Rain Assembly once magisterially prophesied that General Olusegun Obasanjo will never be President but he spent two terms. He never apologised for mouthing his wish as God’s commandment. My take is that God remains the controller-general of human affairs and no one can claim to know everything about him

As for me, i believe only in God and not what anyone claims to hear from God, no more prophets in this world again.

Fellow Nigerians, we should give God all glory for a peaceful election, and we pray for a transition as smooth as the elections were. Truly there are many men of God, but I do not believe what God will tell them (if at all he told them anything) will differ so much. God is the truth, so it’s either they lied about what they heard or they have not heard anything in the first place. It’s a good thing we are beginning to celebrate our religion from politics, our MEN OF GOD, should rather desist from trying to misinform us with false prophesies because of thier various agendas, they should tell us more instead how we need to be more God fearing, just on our actions, and to love our neighbors as dearly as ourselves. we are one of the most religious countries in the world, and the dividends of true religion is living in peace, plenty and harmony all still eludes us. we must be doing something wrong.

Who says they are liars. If God spoke through them, it will still come to pass. Handing over has not yet taken place. Even if God didn’t speak through them I still believe in most of them. Its just for us to know that God is still in charge. He is still the God that intervenes in the affairs of men. Even prophet Samuel failed at the point of anointing a king in the house of Jesse. God didn’t remove him from the prophetic ministry. Anywhere they spoke presumptously, God Almighty will redirect them.

I observe that most of these prophesies are true in one way or the other. They are like small pieces that join together to form a bigger picture. I think we should wait in prayers until the successful handover, to be able to say substantively, to what extent the prophesies are true or not. I know God can change His mind after a prophesy is given, as we see in the biblical Niniveh. God can also change His mind after the prophesy is fulfilled. Eg. Noah was shown the rainbow as a sign that floods won’t destroy the world again. But floods still destroy lives and property today. Let’s keep waiting on God in prayers and without anxiety.

Hmmmm!! Fellow Nigerians, this issue is very delicate to dabble into without caution. What I want any one reading this episode to understand is that it’s only God that knows those that are truly called by Him and not by themselves. In this note the large number of congregation round the planet earth is immaterial. What struck my mind however was a situation where a particular man of God has said in a clear English language that the Gate of Hell will be open for whoever refuses to vote for a particular aspirant. Eventually that aspirant did not win. Who are the people now going to Hell because I am convinced this man of God must have voted for that aspirant that lost!. So where are we going with the prophetic world?. The I AM THAT I AM has the answer and we should therefore not allow ourselves to be weary about prophesies.

I am a man of God myself and those who know me have been hearing me clearly saying Buhari is the next president of Nigeria. They wanted to crucify me for saying this but i stood my ground because i knew in my spirit right from the outset that Jonathan could not win this election. You can go to my facebook to check the date i prophesied about it. I know some men of God are not hearing from God. They are hearing themselves or their bias mind. I can’t judge any of those who lied in the name of God. They may be sincere but sincerely wrong. I know many of them here are true men of God who erred in their prophecy. Some of them have left their calling to become prophets. Not everyone is called into the prophet’s office. There is a great difference between forth-telling and fore- telling. A lot of pastor can forth- tell but they can’t fore-tell. Fore-telling operates mostly with prophets who have the gifts. They have to be careful as men of God or else people will see them as liars. Please abide in your calling!

Prophesy is not stagnant (Jonah 3:1-10 KJV)

And the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying, Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord . Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days’ journey. And Jonah began to enter into the city a day’s journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them. For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water: But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands. Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not? And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

Prophecies needs prayer for it to come to pass or be averted. That is why some prophets will say “we need to pray”. Prayer can be use to avert negative prophecies.
Good luck to you on your analysis.

May be u dint read well…after they prophesied they said pray…so if it happen other wise…it was as a result of the prayers offered…..

U do not have any right to talk abt men of God like this telling us to judge who really hears God….my advise for whoever put this sheet up…is to go repent and ask God for forgiveness…..or u bring untold corse on ur self….

The bible says my people perish for lack of Know. The bible in the book of Matthew says, the keys of the kingdom of Heaven is given unto you; whatever you prohibit on earth shall be prohibited in heaven and whatever you allow here on earth shall be allowed in heaven. The bible also said when two or more people agree in prayers on anything they ask and believe without doubt, whatever they asked shall be theirs. The bible says, ask you shall receive; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you. It is also written that when there is revelation there is redemption. There are thousands of authority, dominion and powers given to those that believe in God’s words. All the disasters the men prophesied about did not come through because Christians all over the country prayed and God answered. God said ” I know my thought towards you, the thought of peace and not of evil/disaster.
The primary reason for those revelations/prophecies are for our actions -which is prayers and cancellation, condemnation, prohibition.
Instead of viewing these men of in a bad light, we should show God gratitude for answering our prayers and giving us peace.
This writer/ the accuser of the men of God is not a Christian and therefore, does not understand spiritual things. I advice the writer to ask God for forgiveness for castigating anointed men of God or face God’s anger.

None of these folks listens to God or maybe like one said, they’re keeping the truth from the people, which is ABORMINATION IN THE SIGHT OF GOD!
GOD IS ALREADY ANGRY AND HIS ANGER WILL SOON RAIN ON THOSE HOLDING DOWN HIS CHILDREN BIAFRANS FROM GOING TO THEIR LAND TO WORSHIP HIM IB TRUTH AND HONESTY!
HE THE GOD OF HOST SAYS: LET MY PEOPLE -BIAFRANS GO!
Soon for interfering again to Stop Biafrans freedom, a mysterious plague will descend upon the lands of US & UK… Terrible thing will sweep across ‘Egypt’ -That is upon cursed Nigeria owners- and those working against Biafra Restoration!
This year is pregnant with overdue delivery!

Whenever prophets speak we don’t understand, they are called by God to lead His people. Sometimes we humans don’t listen to the voice of God through the prophets and do our own thing, choose our own leaders; that always lead to calamity. Israel did the same and calamity befell them, Nigeria, you need to pray more

While you are busy accusing the ministers of God, there men of concerns praying for this events not to take place if d nigerians did not pray the election for Feb 14 will be a disaster indeed but God averted it, and postpone to Mar 28, and God indeed work for the favour of his people. STOP CRITICIZING THE MEN OF GOD.. Many dont like praying to God either read their bibles or Koran, when God sent his word is for U and Me to go on knees and ask HIM to avert evil in our nations and people at large

What is Prophecy? Some of the prophecies of Isaiah, Jeremiah etc are very hard to understand and some of them till now has not happened. John the Baptist prophesied about the kingdom of God but the next day just a dance from illegitimate daughter caused his death. God spoke to Abraham to sacrifice his son but along the line God stopt him. Isaiah prophesied to King Hezekiah that he was going to die but the king didnt die , was Isaiah not a true man of God?
All the above MoG has prophesied better things and all came to pass so what is a big deal here? Whatever anybody said is not important what is important now is BUHARI is our new President!!!!!!!!

      JEREMIAH 14:14-16
Then the LORD said to me, “The prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. I have neither sent them nor commanded them nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a false vision, divination, futility and the deception of their own minds. 15″Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the prophets who are prophesying in My name, although it was not I who sent them– yet they keep saying, ‘There will be no sword or famine in this land ‘– by sword and famine those prophets shall meet their end! 16″The people also to whom they are prophesying will be thrown out into the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and there will be no one to bury them– neither them, nor their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters– for I will pour out their own wickedness on them.…

Open your eyes guys the scripture has been fulfilled, we see it but we refuse to believe it,i shall call no one Daddy but my own father, there are lot of people giving you messages that God did not reveal to them, God did not even talk to some people and they will tell you the Lord has spoken to them, Some of us has even forgotten how our Lord Jesus Christ thought us to pray,we only believe if we have not knelt before a Pastor to lay their hands on us our prayers can’t be answered, yes there are still men of God, but look around us today ,what the Bible says is happening, many will tell you Got sent them ,they will preach His name,His words but they are not truly sent by Him , wake up guys.

Dr Daniel, you have said it all,i wonder if @ Dickson is a true man of God has he said………..If Goodluck wants to force his way back he can do that and there would be bloodshed and all the unrest as those people had seen and prophecy. Didn’t people see that it was an answer to prayers offered my people of Nigeria for peace to reign in the land? I believe God touched the heart Of President Jonathan for him to concede defeat if otherwise by now i don’t think any of us would have been sitting in front of the computer and be contributing to this post because this post wouldn’t have exist in the first place.
Let’s guide our utterances when it comes to men of God, leave God who called them to judge them. God bless Nigeria.

Some of these words were not prophecies. There’s different between when a prophet speaks his mind on an issue and delivering a message under the auction of the spirit, now that is what is called prophesy.

Thank you for your observations. Most of these guys spoke on human points of view. Some of them are speaking from ethnics, religious and political point of view. Most of them have never spoken the heart of God but they speak for recognition, followership and money. A genuinue and true man of God are specific, faithful, honest and sincere. There is nothing wrong if you are speaking from you own point of view and make others to know that that is not God’s mind but your own view. That is what I do as a servant of God and if others could do like that Nigeria and the rest of the world would be a better place to live.

We cant say these men of God Didnt hear from God because we are not judges. Only God can jugde. Mind u, prophesies are ment to guide, correct, caution, approve of our plans n intentions and also ginger us to pray it through to existence or cancellation/annulment. Prophesies can be changed by prayers, only the word of God remains unchangeable; which is the Holy Bible.
