RW Cuisine With MyNdidia: How To Prepare Potato + Chicken Curry Sauce

Happy New Week Rhodies World Fans, Today I’ll be sharing a recipe my father absolutely loves. Lots of people prefer to call this meal ‘Chicken Casserole’ but in my own opinion, I think this is far from it. I’d rather stick to my own name which is the ‘Potato + Chicken curry sauce’. This meal cooks pretty fast, but the hold-up might be in the preparation of ingredients.



1 kg deboned soft chicken breasts (or any other parts)

1 Pack chicken franks (optional)

1/2 kg Irish potatoes

4 tbsp. curry powder




Seasoning cubes

Salt (to taste)

Blended pepper (to taste)

5-6 large carrots

1 large onion

1 large green bell pepper

1 large red bell pepper


Peel the potatoes, wash and set aside

Chop all the veggies (carrots, etc) and set aside

Debone, wash, chop chicken into small parts and parboil with all the seasonings

After 5-7 minutes, add a cup or 2 of water (depending on the quantity of potato) and add the potatoes. Allow to boil until it’s cooked.

Taste to ensure spices are locked it. add more if necessary.

Your food should have formed a porridge-like consistency by now.

Finally, throw in all your chopped veggies, stir and allow to simmer for about 2-3minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

Food is ready!!!!
